"Use Chipboard" at Christmas Card Challenges

Hello Everyone!!

Today new challenge starts at Christmas Card Challenges with theme of challenge "Use a Chipboard".

Be honest I never use it before but I was lucky enough to find some in my old stash ))

I have kept this "X' chipboard for "Xmas" projects and today I had had chance to play with it )) I decided to make card-box with candles. I use free given template from very talented Lena Katrine. She made template for 4 candles... and I wanted to do it as well.. but that I accidentally cut less that have to )) (and I didn`t have same colour base paper).. i decided to make it smaller )) I think for 3 candel card-box look pretty also.. Isn`t it?! ))) But my chipboard become to big for position I wanted to add it ))) lol... With no choice I added it to candle panel. Hope it works ))
I put green glitter on chipboard to make it shine. Here it is:

 

Materials: Dies from Spellbinders, Paper from "My Mind`s Eye" Image and sentiment from "Debbi Moore", Copics, chipboard, glitter powder, distress ink, rhinestones.

September just fly for me. And this is my fifth (and last) week as Guest Designer at Christmas Card Challenge Blog.  I had had a lot of fun with it and for sure I shall be  back!!

Breast Canser Awareness/Think Pink

Hello Everyone!!

Photo Inspiration at Christmas Card Challenges

Hello Everyone!!

Today new challenge starts at Christmas Card Challenges with theme of challenge "Photo Inspiration. Ornaments".

Isn`t it gorgeous photo?!

This is my fourth week as Guest Designer at Christmas Card Challenge Blog.  And for this challenge I have created CAS Christmas card with "peel off" ornaments. I chose pink and purple colours from this photo and tried make shining with blings and gold corners (peel offs)...

Just love this adorable image from LOTV. Colour image with watercolour pencils. Freebie paper "Vintage Rose" from some craft magazine.. If you read my post before you can see I started to use my stash which I have for age... And I very proud of my self to be strong and don`t buy new craft products, when have lots of old ones... ))) lol (I guess, you understand how difficult to keep yourself away from craft shops ))) lol)

"Animal Prints" at Christmas Card Challenge

Hello My Blogger Friends!!

I would like to show you my card which I create for Christmas Card Challenges new challenge starts today "Animal Prints" as Guest Designer.  

This cute image I found on "Snow Much Fun!" CD (designer Margaret Sherry) which I have for age (it was free gift with Quick Cards magazine). And only this and only one image with "Animal Prints" I have..

Not really happy with my colouring of background.. With My poor choice of Copics and Watercolour pencils it was a bit difficult find right tone... Because of it I use "dots" technique ))

I have had few ideas what card to create.. But than I found this amazing image and tell my self: "Yes, She is a star!!!". No so much embellishments on this card.. Just touch of snow-flakes, pearls and charm...

I have told you already, I just love "WOW" challenge... No need spend patterned paper and think about colour combination )) lol... But.. how to make "WOW" card with "not too much and not too little".. Ohhh.. this is what challenge about ))) lol

For my card I chose "spring" template and combine two my hobby in one creation (card and jewelery making)

Embossing... Do you remember "hand" embossing still?! Yes, I found my "light box" and all embossing made by hands. (he he.. it was another challenge for me )) For sentiment I used glitter-embossing powder. I hope you like my card.

Special Challenge

Hello Everyone,

Today I come to you with something special... One of my crafty friend Dawn has open challenge one month long. It is not just challenge but special charity challenge. Her mother was diagnoses with Brest Cancer.. O my.. It is so hard when a love one has cancer.. I know this because it was happen with my mum 8 years ago.. Now my mum is 72 yers old and I am so happy that difficult time I can support and help her. And I think Dawn doing amazing job with this challenge to support her mother and help other woman from Breakthrough Breast Cancer .

You can join challenge with "Pink" card or projects, or can donate some money. Every £1 or $1 counts.
